We understand that plans change. Whether it's a work emergency, a family situation, or simply a change of heart—we've got you covered. Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to be fair, transparent, and straightforward.

Cancellation Policy

Here's how our cancellation policy works:

Important Notes:

• Full refund is subject to a 5% cancellation fee + applicable GST.
• If the full amount is not paid at check-in, the booking will be cancelled and no partial payment will be refunded.
• Refunds into your bank account usually take 7 working days to reflect.

Reschedule Policy

Can't make it but still want to visit? Rescheduling is available under these conditions:

Reschedule Terms:

• Bookings can only be rescheduled at the same property.
• If the tariff for the new dates is higher than the original, the difference is payable to confirm the new dates.
• Rescheduling is allowed only up to 7 days prior to check-in.
• Rescheduling charges apply every time a booking is rescheduled.
• Taxes are applicable on all rescheduling charges.

Relocation Policy

Relocation to another property is not permitted once a booking is confirmed.

If you wish to change properties, the standard cancellation and rebooking process applies.

Early Check-in & Late Check-out

Our standard check-in is 1 PM and check-out is 11 AM. Need flexibility?

Note: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability at the Owner's discretion. Please check with our team before your arrival.

Refund Terms & Conditions

• All refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving a valid cancellation request.
• A 5% cancellation fee + applicable GST is levied on all refunds to cover payment gateway charges and minimal processing charges.
• Refunds are initiated only after the cancellation request is approved.
• Bank processing times may vary — please check with your bank for exact timelines.

Cancellation by ShavyStays

In rare cases, ShavyStays may need to cancel a booking. If this happens, we'll offer you one of these options:

• Alternative Property: Book an alternative comparable available villa.
• Travel Credit: Receive travel credit valid for 6 months from the date of issuance for the full amount paid.
• Full Refund: Get a full refund for the total amount paid. Refunds are processed within 7 working days.

House Rules Reminder

Just a quick reminder of our house rules that apply to all stays:

• ID Required: Government-issued ID (Aadhaar, Driving License, or Passport) for all guests at check-in. PAN cards are not accepted.
• Pool Etiquette: No drinks or food in the pool. Pool timings are 8 AM to 9 PM. The pool is unguarded—children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Noise Policy: Outdoor music allowed until 10 PM. After 10 PM, music should be kept indoors at low volume.
• Damage Policy: You're responsible for any damage caused by you or your guests during your stay.
